Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns across digital channels.

Write engaging ad copy and implement basic A/B testing strategies.

Analyze performance data (CPC, CTR, ROAS, etc.) and generate insights to improve future campaigns.

Design high-quality social media creatives, banners, ads, posters, and infographics.

Create visuals for Meta & Google ad campaigns, promotional mailers, and landing pages.

Brainstorm creative campaign ideas and visually bring them to life.

Maintain brand consistency across all visual assets.

Requirements:

Basic hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and campaign management (via internships, freelance, or personal projects).

Proficiency in design tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar.

A creative eye for detail with the ability to convert ideas into visually appealing content.

Understanding of campaign KPIs and visual trends in performance marketing.
