Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and tech-savvy Digital Marketing Associate to support and execute Chemkart’s digital marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who is handson, curious about AI tools, automation workflows, and growth systems, and eager to build scalable marketing processes. You will work closely with the marketing team across SEO, paid media, content, and web, while leveraging automation and AI to improve efficiency, lead generation, and campaign performance.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist in executing digital marketing campaigns across SEO, paid ads, email, and social media channels
• Build and manage automated marketing workflows for lead capture, nurturing, and follow-ups
• Use AI tools to support content creation, ad copy, keyword research, and campaign optimization
• Maintain and optimize company websites to improve conversions and user experience
• Support SEO efforts including on-page optimization, keyword tracking, and content updates
• Manage and monitor paid campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads) with a focus on performance improvements
• Set up tracking systems using tools like Google Analytics and Tag Manager
• Collaborate with designers and developers to execute campaigns and landing pages
• Analyse campaign data and generate insights to improve ROI
• Stay updated with emerging AI marketing tools, automation platforms, and growth strategies
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Media, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing or related roles
• Strong interest and hands-on familiarity with AI tools and marketing automation
• Must-have Tools & Skills:
o AI tools: ChatGPT, Claude, Jasper (for content & copy generation) o Automation tools: Zapier, Make (Integromat), n8n (basic workflow building) o CRM & email tools: Zoho CRM, HubSpot, Mailchimp or similar o Analytics: Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, Search Console o Ads platforms: Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads Manager o SEO tools: SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Ubersuggest o Basic CMS knowledge: WordPress or Webflow
• Good-to-have:
o Experience building lead funnels and automated sequences o Understanding of APIs/webhooks (basic level) o Familiarity with no-code/low-code tools o Experience in B2B or industrial marketing
