ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Analyses social media presences, including digital advertising costs and returns
• Works with other departments to develop social media timelines coinciding with ad campaigns, or other brand messages
• Provide ongoing social media content, participate in online conversations, manage online reputation, and monitor engagement
• Maintain active social media presence, posting regularly to social networks and blogs
• Develop and execute online promotion campaigns
• Develop an email marketing strategy, including monitoring email open rates and click-through rates, and developing weekly newsletters
• Seek out and apply for new social media opportunities
