Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• SEO (Search Engine Optimization): Conduct keyword research, manage on-page optimization, build backlinks, and handle technical SEO.

• SEM/PPC (Paid Ads): Manage Google Ads and Bing Ads campaigns, perform A/B testing, and track ROI.

• Social Media Marketing: Create engaging content, manage communities, and run paid campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok.

• Content Marketing: Write blogs, craft copy, develop video scripts, and execute storytelling strategies.

• Email Marketing: Design campaigns, manage automation tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot), segment audiences, and analyze performance.

• Analytics & Data: Track and report performance using Google Analytics, GA4, Tag Manager, and dashboards.

• Creative & Technical: Design visuals (Canva, Adobe Suite), edit videos (Premiere Pro, CapCut), and apply UX/UI principles for landing pages.

• Business & Strategy: Conduct market research, competitor analysis, manage ad budgets, and monitor KPIs (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, LTV).

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Social Media, Content, and Email Marketing.

• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads.

• Familiarity with SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz).

• Proficiency in Analytics tools (Google Analytics, GA4, Looker Studio).

• Experience with CRM & automation platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Mailchimp).

• Knowledge of CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify).

• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for email and website tweaks.

• Excellent communication, storytelling, and project management skills.

• Creative mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

• 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing (internships or projects may be considered for freshers with strong skills).
