Job Title – Google Ads-Specialist

Role & Responsibilities:
Execute and manage our entire paid marketing portfolio on Google (PPC, DSA, YouTube, Discovery, Performance Max etc.), Bing, Facebook, LinkedIn and other platforms.
Analyze and optimize pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns.
Provide recommendations and execute strategies for keyword opportunities, campaign structuring, targeting, display network, in accordance with organization goals.
Develop PPC strategies to increase online visibility.
Analyze data through Google Analytics, boiling down their experience to data.
Creating, maintaining, and optimizing paid campaigns through Google, and paid social platforms.
Review, analyses and optimize landing pages according to the campaign performance.
Regularly perform keyword research and competitor analysis to add/remove campaign keywords.
Grow engagement through paid campaigns across key social media platforms.
Monitor analytics to make recommendations to improve engagement.
Search ads 360 and Google tag manager
Our ideal candidate should be:
Having Minimum One years of solid hands-on experience spanning most of the areas of responsibilities described above.
Strong communication skills and high standard of oral and written English.
100% understanding of PPC Marketing and tools (research + campaign execution).
The ideal candidate will have a demonstrable smart marketing mind.
Understand the need to measure and appropriately quantify marketing projects.
Ability to quickly identify non performing projects and kill them if need be Confidence to run internal and external marketing related projects single handedly and with minimal supervision.
MS Excel skills are required.
Skills and requirements:
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Certified in Digital Marketing is a bonus.
Prior experience of running digital campaigns on Google AdWords, Google Shopping, and Facebook, Google and Instagram.
Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
In-depth knowledge of tools such as AdWords, Google Analytics.
