Digital Marketing Executive

Job Description

We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Executive (Meta Ads Expert) to plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Facebook and Instagram (Meta Ads). The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in campaign setup, audience targeting, performance optimization, and lead generation to maximize ROI.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and manage Facebook & Instagram (Meta) advertising campaigns.

• Develop campaign strategies for Lead Generation, Sales, Website Traffic, and Brand Awareness.

• Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPC, and Conversion Rate.

• Conduct audience research, create custom audiences, lookalike audiences, and retargeting campaigns.

• Perform A/B testing for creatives, copy, and audience segments.

• Coordinate with the creative team for high-performing ad creatives and videos.

• Manage Meta Pixel, Conversion API, and Events Manager for accurate tracking.

• Analyze campaign data and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.

• Stay updated with Meta advertising policies, trends, and algorithm changes.

• Manage advertising budgets efficiently to achieve business objectives.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing with expertise in Meta Ads.

• Strong understanding of Facebook Ads Manager and Business Manager.

• Experience with Meta Pixel, Conversion API, and event tracking.

• Knowledge of audience targeting, remarketing, and campaign optimization.

• It is a Full Time Digital Marketing job for candidates with 1 - 5 years of experience.
