Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive (E-commerce & Meta Ads)

Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Executive with hands-on experience in paid advertising, particularly Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), for e-commerce brands. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of campaign planning, audience targeting, performance optimization, and ROAS-driven marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, create, and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns for e-commerce brands.
Optimize campaigns to improve ROAS, conversions, and customer acquisition.
Monitor daily campaign performance and prepare performance reports.
Conduct audience research, create custom and lookalike audiences, and implement retargeting strategies.
Coordinate with the creative team to develop high-converting ad creatives and copy.
Perform A/B testing on creatives, audiences, placements, and campaign objectives.
Track campaign performance using Meta Ads Manager and analytics tools.
Analyze website traffic and customer behavior to improve campaign performance.
Stay updated with the latest Meta advertising features, trends, and best practices.
Collaborate with the e-commerce team to align marketing campaigns with sales and promotional activities.

Required Skills

1–3 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on Meta Ads.
Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager.
Experience running paid campaigns for e-commerce brands.
Understanding of conversion campaigns, catalog ads, dynamic ads, and retargeting.
Knowledge of Meta Pixel, Conversion API, and event tracking.
Basic understanding of Google Analytics (GA4).
Strong analytical and reporting skills.
Good communication and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with Shopify, WooCommerce, or other e-commerce platforms.
Basic knowledge of Google Ads is an added advantage.
Familiarity with Canva, Photoshop, or other creative tools is a plus.
Experience handling monthly ad budgets and optimizing campaigns for maximum ROI.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
