Job Description

1. Digital Campaign Management

Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), and other platforms.

Monitor performance metrics (CTR, CPA, ROI) and optimize campaigns for maximum results.

Support SEO and SEM strategies to improve search rankings and visibility.

2. Social Media Management

Manage company social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube).

Create and schedule engaging content including posts, reels, stories, and videos.

Track engagement metrics and grow the digital community.

3. Content Creation

Develop content for websites, blogs, emails, ads, and social media.

Coordinate with designers for creatives, banners, infographics, and promotional materials.

Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.

4. Website & SEO Management

Maintain and update website content regularly.

Conduct keyword research using SEO tools.

Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to increase organic traffic.

5. Analytics & Reporting

Track and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other digital tools.

Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for management.

Recommend improvements based on data insights.

6. Email & WhatsApp Marketing

Create email marketing sequences for promotions and newsletters.

Manage WhatsApp business campaigns and customer outreach.

7. Coordination & Branding

Support brand-building activities, events, and promotional campaigns.

Collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations, HR) for alignment on marketing requirements.
