  • 1+ year of experience in YouTube channel management & growth

  • Strong understanding of YouTube SEO, algorithms & analytics

  • Expertise in titles, thumbnails, descriptions, tags & keywords

  • Ability to identify trends, topics & content opportunities

  • Experience with YouTube Studio, CTR, retention, watch time & audience analytics

  • Knowledge of monetization, copyright & YouTube policies

  • Ability to develop strategies to increase views, subscribers & engagement

  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
