Digital Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities:

1. Digital Strategy & Campaign Management

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.)

• Create, monitor, and optimize paid campaigns (PPC, display ads, remarketing).

• Develop marketing strategies to generate quality real estate leads.

2. Social Media Management

• Handle daily posting and engagement across social media platforms.

• Create compelling content (posts, reels, videos, stories) for ongoing and upcoming projects.

• Grow followers and engagement organically.

3. Website & SEO

• Manage and update the company website and project landing pages.

• Implement SEO strategies to increase website ranking and traffic.

• Track analytics and generate reports using Google Analytics, Search Console, and similar tools.

4. Content Creation & Branding

• Collaborate with graphic designers and video editors to create promotional materials.

• Write engaging ad copies, project descriptions, and blog content.

• Maintain brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.

5. Lead Management & Analytics

• Track leads generated from all sources (Facebook, Google, website, etc.).

• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure lead quality and conversions.

• Measure ROI and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.
