Job Description:
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive with 1–2 years of experience in managing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns. The candidate should have hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads and a good understanding of performance marketing metrics.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, create, manage and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
Monitor campaign performance, budget, CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPC and conversions.
Analyze campaign data and identify opportunities for improving performance.
Manage daily ad budgets and ensure efficient utilization of advertising spend.
Create and test different audiences, ad creatives and campaign strategies.
Track conversions and coordinate with the team for proper tracking and reporting.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly performance reports.
Conduct competitor and market research.
Work with the creative team to develop performance-focused ad creatives and copies.
Continuously test new strategies to improve leads, sales and ROAS.
Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in Performance Marketing / Digital Marketing.
Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
Good understanding of ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPC, CPM and conversion tracking.
Good knowledge of Google Analytics / GA4 and tracking.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work with budgets and performance targets.
E-commerce experience will be an added advantage.
