Job Description

Qualifications: Degree Mandatory
Locations: Karnataka(Gulbarga), Andhra Pradesh(Nellore), Telangana(Hyderabad),
Experience: 2+years

Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for increase in business through marketing activities planned & executed for the branches of various categories in the Region- NCA
2. Innovative marketing Ideas initiated as per Region’s/local requirement
3. Develop benchmark and monitor for In-Branch Visibility viz. product display, In-Branch Branding, Standee, Arch , Banners and Glow signs up keeping liaising through Admin and remove all old communications at the branch, which are not relevant.
4. Prepare on-ground marketing calendar for the Branch to create awareness and increase Walk-ins, % of New loans to new customers (at the branch) through marketing initiatives.
5. Evaluate and recommend branch visibility through Pathfinder, Wall Painting, local branch level activity etc.
6. Identify the branch based on the date of opening Vis a Vis the Business growth in terms loan disbursed i.e. Above 2 years branch 8 Cr of business to happen.
7. Prepare on-ground event calendar for the Region
8. Evaluate and recommend productive, Van Marketing, Melas, Consumer promotion etc. 9. Responsible for driving promotion activities in branch catchment areas.
10. Business Index: (Total new customer business through marketing activities/ Total expenditure on marketing)
11. Monitor and report Daily activity
12. Analyse and report effectiveness of POSM usage in Branch & Van Marketing and Consumer promotion Activity, Melas etc.
13. Productivity and cost-effective analysis.
14. Branch Visit Report
