Key Responsibilities

Set up, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns including Search, Display, Shopping, and Performance Max.
Plan and manage Meta Ads campaigns for lead generation and conversions.
Configure audience signals, targeting, conversion tracking, budgets, and bid strategies.
Monitor campaign performance and optimize CPC, CPL, CPA, CTR, conversion rate, and ROAS.
Set up and monitor conversion tracking using GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Pixel.
Manage and optimize Performance Max and Smart Bidding campaigns.
Conduct A/B testing of ad copies, creatives, audiences, and landing pages.
Analyze campaign data and identify opportunities to improve lead quality and campaign performance.
Prepare regular campaign performance reports using Excel/Google Sheets.
Coordinate with the design/content team for ad creatives and landing pages.
Manage retargeting/remarketing campaigns.
Stay updated with changes in Google Ads, Meta Ads, AI-based advertising, and performance marketing practices.
