Job Description
The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing and executing online marketing strategies, creating digital content, managing social platforms, and improving overall online engagement and customer reach.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage daily operations of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.). • Plan monthly content calendars and social media strategies.
• Create and publish engaging posts, reels, stories, and promotions.
• Increase followers, engagement rates, and brand visibility.
• Plan and run paid campaigns on Meta Ads & Google Ads.
• Optimize ads for sales, traffic, engagement, and lead generation.
• Monitor ad performance and prepare weekly and monthly reports.
• Create visually appealing creatives using Canva or Photoshop.
• Write captions, ad copies, and digital content.
• Coordinate with photographers, videographers, and influencers.
• Work on basic SEO and keyword optimization.
• Assist with website updates, landing pages, and blog content.
• Track performance using Meta Insights, Google Analytics, etc.
• Prepare monthly reports on reach, engagement, and conversions.
• Suggest improvement strategies based on data.
• Conduct competitor research and trend analysis.
• Support branding and offline marketing activities when required.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in Digital Marketing (freshers with strong skills may also apply).
• Strong understanding of social media algorithms.
• Experience with Meta Ads Manager & Google Ads (preferred).
• Proficiency in Canva/Photoshop or basic graphic design tools.
• Good communication, creativity, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of travel industry trends (added advantage).
Salary & Benefits Salary Range:
₹10,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience & skillset)
Work Schedule Timing:
10:15 AM – 7:30 PM
Work Days: Monday to Saturday (Sunday off)
Location: Work from office only
