Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Digital Marketing Executive – Paid Ads located in Kolkata. The person will be responsible for managing and optimizing pay-per-click advertising campaigns. Daily tasks include keyword research, campaign creation, bid management,
performance analysis, and reporting. The role also involves A/B testing, landing page optimization, and staying updated with industry trends and best practices to achieve desired results.
Responsibilities
· Plan, execute, and manage PPC campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube, and other emerging channels.
· Conduct in-depth keyword research and implement effective campaign strategies aligned with business goals.
· Manage and schedule client Meta (Facebook/Instagram) postings, ensuring alignment with campaign strategies and brand voice.
· Set up and manage Search, Display, Shopping, Video, and Remarketing campaigns.
· Monitor campaign performance daily and proactively adjust bids, budgets, and targeting strategies.
· Optimize campaigns to meet or exceed KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS
· Set up, test, and troubleshoot conversion tracking using tools like Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics (GA4), and third-party platforms.
· Analyze performance data to generate actionable insights and create detailed performance reports for stakeholders.
· Collaborate with design, content, and web teams to ensure messaging alignment between ads and landing pages.
· Develop and present campaign strategies, results, and recommendations directly to clients, ensuring clear communication and transparency.
· Act as the main point of contact for clients regarding PPC-related queries, performance updates, and campaign roadmaps.
· Stay updated with industry trends, platform updates, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
· Manage and mentor junior PPC specialists, providing training, feedback, and best practices.
· Lead client performance review meetings, providing clear insights, future plans, and demonstrating ROI.
