Job Description

Website Management & Coordination

• Regularly monitor and update website content to ensure product information, pricing, and visuals remain accurate and up to date.

• Coordinate with the technical/design team for required website changes, product uploads, banner updates, and issue resolution.

• Review website performance and user experience to ensure smooth navigation and proper product visibility.

• Manage website-related communication for product launches, stock updates, and content corrections.

E-commerce Operations Management

• Handle day-to-day coordination for e-commerce platforms including product listings, pricing updates, stock availability, and promotional activities.

• Monitor marketplace performance and ensure product inf• ormation is correctly maintained across platforms.

• Coordinate for listing corrections, new product uploads, and platform-related operational requirements.

• Support order-related and platform-related tasks to maintain smooth e-commerce functioning.

Barcode & Product Compliance Coordination

• Manage barcode-related processes for products, including registration, application tracking, and placement coordination on packaging.

• Communicate with concerned agencies/vendors regarding barcode approvals, corrections, and documentation.

• Ensure barcode compliance is maintained for product packaging before production and dispatch.

• Follow up on pending barcode requirements and coordinate timely completion.
