Job Description – Senior Digital Marketing Executive
Location: Tambaram, Chennai
Salary: ₹23,000 – ₹27,000 per month
Experience: Minimum 2 years
Joining: Immediate joiners preferred
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Digital Marketing Executive with strong expertise in paid advertising campaigns, SEO, SEM, and social media marketing. Candidates must have prior experience in the construction materials or real estate industry and the ability to generate quality leads through digital marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram), and other relevant platforms.
Manage SEO activities, including keyword research, on-page and off-page optimization, and website performance improvement.
Execute SEM strategies to improve search visibility, website traffic, and lead generation.
Manage social media marketing (SMM), content planning, and campaign execution across relevant platforms.
Generate quality leads for construction materials, real estate, and related products.
Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics, and optimize campaigns to improve ROI and reduce cost per lead.
Track website traffic, conversions, and campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other marketing tools.
Coordinate with the sales team to track leads, assess lead quality, and improve conversion rates.
Prepare regular digital marketing performance reports and recommend improvements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing.
Mandatory industry experience in construction materials or real estate.
Strong hands-on knowledge of paid campaigns, Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, SEM, and SMM.
Experience in lead generation, campaign optimization, and performance analysis.
Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, keyword research, and conversion tracking.
Good analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
Ability to work independently and achieve lead generation targets.

Candidates residing in and around Tambaram, Chennai.
