Job Description :
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to manage online recruitment campaigns, social media presence, and digital lead generation for international hiring. This role involves content creation, online postings, and running ad campaigns to attract candidates and enhance our digital footprint.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Content Planning : Develop weekly/monthly social media calendars and posting plans.
2. Content Creation : Write job captions, ad copies, and engaging posts for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube.
3. Social Media Management : Post vacancies and updates on company pages and relevant groups.
4. Job Posting: Manage listings on platforms like Welink Jobs, Indeed, Job Hai, and overseas walk-in portals (free & paid).
5. Ads & Lead Generation : Plan and execute Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads and other paid campaigns to generate qualified leads.
6. Campaign Optimization : Set up, test, and optimize ad creatives and budgets for better ROI.
7. Performance Tracking : Monitor engagement, CPL, reach, and conversion metrics; share regular performance reports.
8. Competitor Research : Analyze hashtags, trends, and competitor strategies.
9. Engagement & Outreach : Connect with jobseekers on LinkedIn and social media; forward leads to recruiters.
10. Collaboration : Work closely with the recruitment team for updated job details and schedules.
11. Portal Management : Ensure job postings are updated across all relevant job portals.
