Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Graphic Designer & Meta Ads Executive to design marketing creatives and manage advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram (Meta platforms). The candidate should have strong graphic design skills along with experience in creating, optimizing, and monitoring paid advertising campaigns to generate leads and increase brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities
Graphic Design
Design social media posts, banners, advertisements, brochures, flyers, and promotional materials.
Create engaging creatives for Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Google, and other digital platforms.
Develop visual concepts in line with brand guidelines.
Edit images, videos, and marketing content as required.
Coordinate with the marketing and sales team for campaign requirements.
Meta Ads Management
Create and manage Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns through Meta Business Suite.
Plan and execute lead generation, engagement, traffic, and conversion campaigns.
Set up audience targeting, retargeting, and lookalike audiences.
Monitor campaign performance and optimize ads for better ROI.
Analyze ad performance metrics such as CPC, CTR, CPM, Leads, and ROAS.
Prepare weekly and monthly campaign performance reports.
Manage advertising budgets effectively.
Required Skills
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, CorelDRAW, or similar design software.
Experience in Facebook Ads Manager and Instagram advertising.
Basic knowledge of video editing tools.
Understanding of digital marketing concepts and social media trends.
Knowledge of lead generation campaigns.
Good communication and creative thinking skills.
