TripRoadie is a travel company that creates unforgettable group trips, customized tours, and unique travel experiences. We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive who can grow our digital presence, especially on Instagram, by creating engaging and viral content around our trips.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and post engaging content (posts, reels, stories) for Instagram and other social platforms on a regular and consistent basis.

• Manage and run Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads) to generate leads and grow brand visibility.

• Research and identify trending topics, viral content ideas, and industry trends to incorporate into TripRoadie’s content.

• Create upcoming trip-related posts, promotional content, and engaging stories to drive bookings.

• Develop and implement strategies to grow Instagram page followers, engagement, and reach.

• Monitor and analyze campaign performance and provide weekly reports with recommendations.

• Collaborate with the team to ensure brand consistency across all platforms.

• Experiment with creative formats (memes, reels, stories, interactive polls, Q&A, etc.) to engage the audience.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Digital Marketing / Social Media Management (preferably travel or lifestyle industry).

• Strong knowledge of Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads Manager).

• Hands-on experience with Instagram content creation & posting tools (Canva, CapCut, InShot, Photoshop, etc.).

• Ability to identify trends and create viral, relatable content.

• Excellent communication skills and creativity in storytelling.

• Basic understanding of analytics and growth strategies for social media platforms.

• Passion for travel and creating engaging travel-related content (a plus!).

• It is a Full Time Digital Marketing job for candidates with 1 - 2 years of experience.
