Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive – Facility Management

Location: Pallikaranai
Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month (Based on skills and experience)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a creative and motivated Digital Marketing Executive to promote our facility management services through digital platforms. The candidate will be responsible for using social media and other digital channels to reach potential employees and create awareness about the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the company’s social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn.

• Create and post job advertisements and company updates on digital platforms.

• Reach potential employees through online job portals and social media channels.

• Design basic promotional content such as posters, banners, and recruitment posts.

• Promote the company’s facility management services through digital campaigns.

• Respond to online queries and guide candidates regarding job opportunities.

• Monitor digital marketing performance and improve outreach strategies.

• Coordinate with the HR team to understand manpower requirements and promote job openings.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: Any Degree / Diploma.

• Basic knowledge of Digital Marketing and Social Media Management.

• Knowledge of job portals and online recruitment platforms.

• Basic skills in designing tools such as Canva or similar tools will be an advantage.

• Good communication skills in English and Tamil (Hindi will be an added advantage).

• Basic computer knowledge and internet handling skills.
