About the Role :

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic WhatsApp Marketing Intern to join our marketing team in Gurugram. In this role, you'll help drive customer engagement and retention by managing WhatsApp-based promotional and transactional campaigns.

Key Responsibilities :

Plan and execute WhatsApp broadcast campaigns for product/service promotion.

Develop and share engaging content, offers, and updates via WhatsApp Business API.

Segment user lists and personalize messaging to maximize conversions.

Respond to customer queries and provide real-time support over WhatsApp.

Work with the creative and content team to align messaging tone with brand guidelines.

Track performance using tools like Google Sheets, CRM, or analytics dashboards.

Stay up to date with best practices in WhatsApp marketing and customer engagement

Requirements :

Familiarity with social media marketing and digital trends

Currently pursuing/completed a Bachelor's degree
