Digital Marketing Assistant

We are looking for a highly skilled Content & Digital Marketing Executive to join our on-site team in Amritsar, India. The ideal candidate must possess exceptional written and spoken English, as they will be creating professional content for our Australia-based business working closely with RTOs and CRICOS Colleges (Australian Education Sector).

This role involves content creation, website management, SEO tasks, email marketing support, and lead-generation activities. The selected candidate will work from our Amritsar office (this is not a remote position).

Key ResponsibilitiesContent Creation & Management

• Write high-quality content for websites, blogs, email campaigns, marketing collateral, and online courses.

• Ensure all content aligns with Australian standards, RTO requirements, and branding guidelines.

• Use AI tools such as ChatGPT to improve content quality and efficiency.

• Prepare documents, sheets, and presentations using MS Word, Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Workspace tools.

Website & SEO Support

• Upload and manage content in WordPress (non-developer level).

• Perform basic SEO tasks including keyword research, meta descriptions, image optimisation, tags, and page formatting.

• Assist in maintaining correct WordPress settings for SEO and user experience.

Digital Marketing & Lead Generation

• Assist in creating and scheduling email campaigns using Mailchimp.

• Support SMS campaigns using DirectSMS.

• Work within FlowLu for CRM, project tracking, and workflow updates.

• Participate in lead-generation activities, including online research and data collection.

Multimedia & Design

• Create simple marketing videos using CreateStudio.

• Use Canva for basic layouts, creatives, and graphics.

• Work with Formcan when needed (training will be provided).

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong understanding of content writing, proofreading, and editing.

• Basic understanding of SEO principles.

• Ability to use MS Office and Google Workspace tools efficiently.

• Familiarity with ChatGPT or AI writing tools.

• Ability to learn new software quickly (training will be provided).

• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under deadlines.

• Must be able to work physically from our office in Amritsar (no remote option).

• Experience with Mailchimp, DirectSMS, FlowLu.

• Basic video editing or design experience (CreateStudio, Canva).

• Experience working with international clients, specifically Australia.

Mandatory Skills

• Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)

• Working knowledge and experience of WordPress (content upload, formatting, basic settings)
