Roles & Responsibilities
● Assist in creating and posting content on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms
● Support creation of posts, reels, stories, captions, blogs, and creatives
● Help manage engagement: likes, comments, shares, messages, and DMs
● Assist in responding to basic inquiries on social media and WhatsApp
● Support SEO activities like keyword research, basic on-page updates, and content optimization
● Help improve website visibility, rankings, and search presence
● Support promotion of webinars, campaigns, and credit awareness sessions
● Track basic performance metrics for social media, website, and campaigns
● Coordinate with marketing and sales teams for campaign execution
