Job Description

Sabse Sasta Baazar is looking for a Digital Marketing Assistant (Google Ads Executive) who has hands-on experience in Google Ads and can independently manage advertising campaigns for multiple client accounts.

The candidate will be responsible for creating, optimizing, and scaling Google Ads campaigns to generate quality leads while maximizing campaign performance and ROI.

Key Responsibilities

Create and manage Google Search, Performance Max, Display, and Call campaigns.
Handle Google Ads accounts for multiple clients across different industries.
Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting.
Create high-converting ad copies, headlines, and descriptions.
Optimize campaigns to improve CTR, Conversion Rate, Quality Score, and ROAS.
Monitor daily campaign performance, budgets, and bidding strategies.
Add negative keywords and optimize search terms regularly.
Set up and monitor conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager (GTM) and Google Analytics (GA4).
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
Coordinate with the design and website teams for landing pages and creatives.
Troubleshoot campaign issues and recommend strategies to improve lead quality.

Requirements

6 Months to 2 Years of hands-on Google Ads experience.
Must have practical experience managing Google Ads campaigns for clients.
Good understanding of Search, Performance Max, Display, and Call campaigns.
Knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM) is preferred.
Strong knowledge of keyword research, bidding strategies, and campaign optimization.
Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
Good communication and analytical skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets.

Location: Gaur City Centre, Greater Noida West

Preference will be given to candidates who can independently manage Google Ads campaigns and consistently generate quality leads for clients.
