Job Title - Digital Marketing Intern (Content)

Role Overview

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Intern who can support our social media growth through content strategy, content calendar planning, and creating/editing engaging videos and photos. This role is ideal for someone who is creative, trend-aware, and eager to learn performance-driven marketing.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in creating a social media strategy to increase reach, engagement, and followers.

Follow and maintain a weekly/monthly content calendar for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts/Reels, and LinkedIn (as applicable).

Create content ideas, captions, hashtags, and basic copy for posts and stories.

Edit short-form videos (Reels/Shorts) and photos for social media.

Design simple creatives like posters, banners, thumbnails, and story templates.

Research trends, competitor activity, and content formats to suggest new ideas.

Coordinate with the team to collect content (photos, clips, testimonials, behind-the-scenes).

Support posting/scheduling and community engagement (replying to comments/DMs as guided).

Requirements

Basic understanding of social media platforms and content formats.

Skills in video/photo editing (any tools are fine): CapCut, VN, Premiere Pro, Canva, Photoshop, Lightroom, etc.

Good creativity and visual sense (composition, colors, transitions, typography).

Ability to write clear captions in English/Hinglish (as required).

Organized and consistent with deadlines and content planning.

Good to Have

Experience (non-professional will also be considered) creating reels/short videos for a brand or personal page.

Basic knowledge of hashtags.

Have basic understanding of Ad campaign managers.
