Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented Digital Marketing Assistant to join the Pros Adda team. The ideal candidate will help plan, execute, monitor, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms while supporting lead generation and business growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads, and other paid marketing campaigns.

• Improve social media presence through engaging content, reels, creatives, and audience engagement.

• Perform keyword research and implement SEO strategies to improve website rankings.

• Monitor website performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and other tracking tools.

• Create and manage local SEO campaigns including Google Business Profile optimization.

• Generate leads through digital marketing channels.

• Track campaign performance, analyze data, optimize budgets, and prepare performance reports.

• Coordinate with content writers, designers, developers, and sales teams for campaign execution.

• Manage email marketing and WhatsApp marketing campaigns.

• Research competitors and identify new growth opportunities.

• Develop innovative marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and conversions.

• Assist in content creation for blogs, landing pages, social media, and promotional campaigns.

• Support online reputation management and customer engagement activities.

Sales & Lead Incentive

In addition to salary, employees will be eligible for:

• 10% Incentive on Net Profit generated from any lead sourced, managed, or significantly assisted by the employee that converts into a successful business project.

• Incentives will be calculated based on the actual profit earned by the company from the project.

• Additional performance bonuses may be awarded for exceptional results and target achievements.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Qualification: Graduate / Post Graduate.

• Experience: 3 Months – 2 Years in Digital Marketing.

• Knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Social Media Marketing.

• Basic understanding of Google Analytics and Search Console.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Knowledge of Canva, WordPress, AI tools, and content marketing will be an added advantage.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
