Job Responsibilities

• Manage Instagram, Facebook, Google Business Profile and other digital platforms.

• Plan and publish posts, reels, stories and promotional campaigns.

• Create monthly social media content calendars.

• Coordinate photography, videography, graphic design and video editing.

• Write engaging captions, advertisements and promotional content.

• Run and monitor Meta Ads and Google Ads.

• Promote offers, events, festivals and branch-specific activities.

• Improve followers, reach, engagement, enquiries and customer visits.

• Manage Google reviews and respond professionally to customer feedback.

• Perform basic SEO and keyword optimisation.

• Track campaign performance and prepare weekly and monthly reports.

• Coordinate with branch managers to collect content and marketing updates.

• Maintain consistent branding for PP Karting and PP Gaming Zone.

• Monitor competitors and recommend new marketing ideas.

Required Skills

• Minimum 2 years of relevant digital marketing experience.

• Good knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, Meta Business Suite and Google Business Profile.

• Experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads.

• Basic knowledge of Canva, Photoshop or similar design tools.

• Basic video and reel editing skills.

• Good written communication in English.

• Knowledge of Telugu and Hindi is an advantage.

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

• Creative thinking and an understanding of current social media trends.

Preferred Candidate

• Experience working with entertainment, hospitality, retail, gaming or family entertainment brands.

• Comfortable visiting branches occasionally for content creation.

• Able to manage multiple brand and branch accounts.

• Result-oriented, organised and proactive.

Working Conditions

• This is strictly a work-from-office position.

• Weekly off will be provided according to the company roster.

• Salary will be finalised based on experience, practical skills and interview performance.

• It is a Full Time Digital Marketing job for candidates with 2 - 6+ years Experience.
