You won't just be "managing" channels; you will be optimizing them to maximize ROI, increase brand equity, and drive high-quality lead generation. The ideal candidate lives at the intersection of creative storytelling and analytical rigor.
​Key Responsibilities
​Performance Marketing: Execute and optimize end-to-end PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn) with a strict focus on ROAS and CPA.
​SEO & Content Strategy: Conduct keyword research and on-page/off-page optimization to improve organic rankings and domain authority.
​Social Media Management: Develop and oversee the social media calendar, ensuring brand consistency and high engagement rates across all platforms.
​Email & Automation: Design and deploy lifecycle email marketing campaigns and lead-nurturing workflows.
​Analytics & Reporting: Monitor web traffic and conversions using Google Analytics 4 (GA4). Translate complex data into actionable insights for the leadership team.
​Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Run A/B tests on landing pages and ad copies to eliminate friction in the user journey.
