Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow the company's social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube).
Assist with SEO activities, including keyword research, on-page SEO, content optimization, and website updates.
Create engaging graphics, reels, and short videos using Canva and AI-powered design tools.
Design social media posts, banners, ad creatives, and promotional content.
Plan, monitor, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns.
Respond to customer inquiries received through WhatsApp, social media, and website forms.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely follow-up on leads.
Write engaging captions, blogs, and marketing content.
Monitor campaign performance and prepare basic reports.
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and AI tools.

Requirements

Basic knowledge of SEO and Social Media Marketing.
Experience with Canva or AI tools for graphic and video creation.
Basic understanding of Meta Ads Manager.
Creative thinking with a good eye for design and branding.
Good communication and customer handling skills.
Familiarity with WordPress is an added advantage.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Willingness to learn and grow in digital marketing.
