Plan and execute all digital marketing activities, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and online advertising.
Develop and manage content for the website and social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, YouTube).
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and touchpoints.
Manage marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience in digital marketing or a similar role (1-3+ years depending on level).
Solid knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and email marketing platforms.
Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, Salesforce).
Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
