Addymize Web Solutions is looking for a performance-driven Meta Ads & Google Ads Expert who can plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns to generate quality leads and scalable business growth.

🔹 Job Responsibilities:

Plan, create, and manage Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns
Handle Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max)
Lead generation & conversion-focused campaign optimization
Audience targeting, keyword research & A/B testing
Daily monitoring of CPL, ROAS, budgets & performance
Prepare reports and share insights with the team
Coordinate with sales and creative teams for better results

🔹 Required Skills:

1–3 years of hands-on experience in Meta & Google Ads
Strong understanding of lead generation funnels
Experience in budget handling and campaign scaling
Knowledge of analytics, tracking & conversion optimization
Result-oriented and problem-solving mindset
