Job Overview:
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented candidate to manage and track leads in our CRM system. The role involves updating lead details, maintaining records, tracking lead status, and ensuring all information is entered accurately and on time. This is a basic-level position, and freshers with basic computer knowledge can apply.
Key Responsibilities:
Track and monitor leads in the CRM system.
Update lead details, status, and follow-up information regularly.
Maintain accurate records of all leads and enquiries.
Check whether leads have been contacted and followed up on.
Coordinate with the sales team regarding lead updates.
Prepare basic daily reports on lead status and activities.
Ensure the CRM data is updated and properly maintained.
Required Skills:
Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets.
Good attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to maintain records and follow instructions.
Basic communication and coordination skills.
Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
No advanced technical or CRM expertise required; basic training will be provided.
Candidates who are organized, sincere, and willing to learn are preferred.
