Job Overview:
This role is about creating high impact creatives that drive attention clicks and conversions across both static and video formats.
You will be responsible for designing performance driven static creatives as well as engaging video content for ads website and social media.
This is not a traditional design role. You will be expected to think in terms of engagement click through rate and conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
Design static ad creatives for Meta and Google campaigns
Create banners for website landing pages and app promotions
Design social media posts carousels and brand creatives
Create reels and short form videos for marketing campaigns
Use AI tools to generate and edit videos and creatives
Work on thumbnails banners and campaign creatives
Collaborate with content and performance team for campaign execution
Create multiple variations of creatives for A B testing
Ensure consistency in branding across all creatives
Understand what kind of creatives perform and iterate quickly
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Strong skills in graphic design and video editing
Ability to design clean high-converting static creatives and banners
Experience with tools like Photoshop, Illustrator Canva, Premiere Pro or similar
Hands-on experience with AI tools for video editing and creative generation
Understanding of performance marketing creatives and ad formats
Ability to create scroll-stopping content for both static and video formats
Basic understanding of branding layout typography and visual hierarchy
