Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Process Coordinator to support our digital marketing and content operations. The ideal candidate will assist in planning, executing, and managing content strategies across multiple platforms while ensuring smooth workflow coordination within the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Content Planning & Calendar Management

• Create and maintain monthly/weekly content calendars

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely content delivery

• Content Research

• Conduct market and competitor research for content ideas

• Identify trending topics, keywords, and audience preferences

• Content Designing Coordination

• Work closely with designers to develop creatives for social media and campaigns

• Ensure alignment with brand guidelines and campaign objectives

• Content Posting & Management

• Schedule and publish content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)

• Monitor posts and ensure consistency in branding and messaging

• Paid Advertising Support

• Assist in execution of campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads

• Coordinate for ad creatives, copies, and campaign setup

• Performance Tracking

• Track basic performance metrics (engagement, reach, clicks)

• Prepare simple reports and share insights with the team

• Process Coordination

• Ensure smooth communication between content, design, and marketing teams

• Follow up on deliverables and maintain timelines

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field

• 0–2 years of relevant experience (internships included)

• Basic understanding of:

• Social media platforms

• Content marketing principles

• Google Ads & Meta Ads (preferred but not mandatory)

• Strong organizational and coordination skills

• Good written and verbal communication skills

• Familiarity with tools like Canva, Excel, or scheduling tools is a plus
