Brand Positioning Manager
Job Summary
As the Brand Positioning Manager, you will be the creative engine, the voice, and the face of our brand. This is a highly execution-focused, individual contributor role centered entirely on high impact content production. Your primary responsibility is to create engaging written content, produce and edit dynamic video assets, and confidently host live and recorded events or webinars. The ideal candidate is a multi-talented creator who is equally comfortable behind a script, behind a camera, and in front of a live audience.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Content Development & Copywriting -
• Serve as the primary writer for the brand, crafting compelling copy that captures and maintains a consistent brand voice.
• Write engaging, high-converting copy for digital channels, including website pages, blogs, email newsletters, marketing collaterals, and social media campaigns.
• Script-write for all multimedia projects, ensuring videos and presentations have a clear, engaging, and persuasive narrative structure.
2. End-to-End Video Creation-
• Concept and shoot video content tailored for social media (e.g., YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram), website landing pages, and promotional campaigns.
• Manage the entire production workflow, including storyboarding, basic lighting, audio recording, and post-production video editing.
• Repurpose long-form content (like webinars and events) into short-form video snippets and teasers to maximize reach.
3. Event & Webinar Hosting-
• Act as the main host, emcee, and moderator for all company-led virtual events, webinars, panel discussions, and product demonstrations.
• Drive audience engagement during live sessions, managing Q&A segments and keeping presentations moving at an energetic, professional pace.
• Present or voice-over recorded video content, tutorials, and brand announcements with clear, confident on-camera delivery.
Qualifications-
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Filmmaking, or a related creative field.
• On-Camera/Hosting Experience: Proven track record of hosting webinars, presenting on camera, emceeing events, or public speaking with an engaging and professional demeanor.
• Video Production Skills: Hands-on experience with video recording equipment .
• Writing Portfolio: Strong copywriting and scriptwriting skills, with the ability to turn complex ideas into simple, engaging narratives.
• Autonomy: Strong time and project management skills to handle multiple content deadlines independently.
• Familiarity with social media video trends, formats, and optimal aspect ratios.
• Experience running live broadcasting or webinar software (e.g., Zoom Events, LinkedIn Live, StreamYard).
