Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented E-commerce Warehouse Packing Executive to handle order picking, packing, labelling, dispatch preparation, and general warehouse activities. The candidate should ensure that all customer orders are packed accurately, safely, and on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick products accurately based on customer orders and invoices.

• Check product name, quantity, batch number, expiry date, and condition before packing.

• Pack products safely according to company standards to avoid damage during transportation.

• Print and paste shipping labels, invoices, and other required documents.

• Ensure correct SKU/product selection and prevent packing errors.

• Scan products and update order status in the warehouse/e-commerce system.

• Segregate packed orders according to courier/transport partner and delivery location.

• Prepare orders for timely dispatch and coordinate with the logistics/courier team.

• Handle return, replacement, and damaged-product shipments as instructed.

• Maintain proper housekeeping and cleanliness in the packing area.

• Follow FIFO/FEFO practices wherever applicable.

• Assist in stock counting, physical verification, and inventory activities.

• Report damaged, missing, expired, or mismatched products to the supervisor immediately.

• Maintain proper handling of healthcare, pharmaceutical, wellness, and personal-care products.

• Follow all warehouse safety, security, and company policies.

• Support other warehouse activities whenever required.

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of warehouse and packing operations.

• Good attention to detail and accuracy.

• Basic computer knowledge.

• Ability to use barcode scanners and warehouse/e-commerce systems.

• Good physical fitness and ability to handle repetitive packing activities.

• Good teamwork and coordination skills.

• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple orders.

• Responsible, punctual, and disciplined approach to work.

• It is a Full Time Delivery job for candidates with 0 - 1 years of experience.
