Position: Van Delivery Boy (Flipkart)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay Structure: Per Parcel Basis — ₹32 to ₹43 per parcel (amount depends on parcel size)

Role Overview

Company ke van delivery partner network ke saath, van delivery boy ka kaam hai daily parcels ko assigned route par time se deliver karna, customer ko parcel handover karna, aur delivery app par status update karna.

Key Responsibilities

• Assigned route ke according parcels ko van me load karna aur delivery karna

• Har parcel customer ko safe aur time par deliver karna

• Delivery app/scanner par status (delivered/RTO/attempt) update karna

• Parcel size aur count ke hisaab se van me proper loading karna

• Customer ke saath basic interaction — parcel handover, OTP/signature lena (agar required ho)

• Vehicle ki daily checking aur maintenance ka basic khayal rakhna

• Cash on Delivery (COD) collection handle karna (agar applicable ho) aur usko company ko submit karna

Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: 10th / 12th Pass (graduate bhi eligible)

• Age: 18–35 years (adjust as per client requirement)

• Valid driving license (LMV / commercial as per van type) — mandatory

• Basic knowledge of local area/routes preferred

• Smartphone honi chahiye (delivery app use karne ke liye)

Pay & Earnings

• Per parcel pay: ₹32 to ₹43 (based on parcel size/weight)

• Earnings directly linked to number of parcels delivered per day

• Zyada parcels = zyada earning (performance-based income)

Working Conditions

• Shift: Full day (typically morning start, area/route wise)

• Own vehicle ya company-provided van (confirm as per client)

• Fuel/maintenance cost — clarify with client whether borne by company or delivery partner

Preferred Background

• Previous delivery/logistics experience is a plus, but freshers with valid license bhi eligible

• Field job / physically active work experience helpful

• It is a Full Time Delivery job for candidates with 0 - 6 months of experience.
