Job Title: Reverse Logistics Executive (RLE)

Employment Type: Off-roll (Fixed Salary + Incentive)

Locations: Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Chennai, Delhi NCR, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Pune,

Surat, Kolkata, Indore

Salary: ₹12,000 + Performance Incentive

Role Summary: The Reverse Logistics Executive will be responsible for collecting inactive

devices from merchants and ensuring timely submission to the warehouse. The role requires field coordination, tracking, and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collect inactive devices from assigned merchants

- Ensure safe handling and timely submission to warehouse

- Maintain daily collection and reporting records

- Coordinate with internal teams (BDL, ASM, FSE)

- Ensure zero device loss and proper documentation

Incentive Structure:

0–50 devices No incentive

51–100 devices ₹20 per device

101–200 devices ₹30 per device

200+ devices ₹40 per device

Mandatory Requirements:

- Own bike is mandatory for field movement

- Smartphone is mandatory for tracking and reporting

Skills Required:

- Basic communication skills

- Ability to manage field work

- Basic knowledge of smartphone/Google Sheets

- Responsible and disciplined approach
