Key Responsibilities:
End-to-end hiring of Delivery Riders and Blue-Collar workforce.
Coordinate with field teams to ensure timely closures.
Manage candidate sourcing, screening, and onboarding.
Maintain hiring trackers and recruitment MIS.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders for manpower planning.
Requirements:
2–4 years of experience in Rider Hiring / Blue-Collar Recruitment.
Good communication and email writing skills.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Immediate joiners will be preferred.
