Pickup Boy

We are looking for a Delivery/Pickup Boy to assist in the pickup and delivery of electronic and household appliances from customer locations to the company warehouse. The candidate will work with the driver and ensure smooth and timely pickups.

Key Responsibilities:

• Call customers to confirm pickup address, timing and item details

• Use Google Map to find the locations

• Plan and manage routes for multiple pickups in a day

• Handle the loading and unloading of items safely (the driver will also help)

• Pick up items such as: Smartphones, laptops, TVs, air conditioners (AC), refrigerators etc

• Maintain basic records of pickups and deliveries

• Deliver all collected items to the warehouse (Gurgaon Sector 18)

• Report delays, issues, or customer concerns to the supervisor

• Maintain polite and professional behavior with customers.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th pass

• Basic knowledge of smartphones and Google Maps

• Good communication skills (Hindi required)

• Physically fit to lift and move appliances

• Ability to plan routes and manage time

• Experience in delivery/pickup/logistics is a plus

• It is a Full Time Delivery job for candidates with 0 - 2 years of experience.
