1. Delivery Execution -Ensure 100% delivery on time or with minimal delay 2. Team Management -Track attendance, health, and motivation of delivery executive 3. Customer Experience -Track complaints, follow up with customers, and improve satisfactio 4. Resource Planning -Plan backups, optimize delivery routes, maintain inventor 5. Reporting -Daily and weekly reports on performance, issues, and improvement 6. Cost Efficiency -Reduce delivery cost per order through route and time optimizatio 7. Compliance & Safety -Ensure team wears proper gear, follows SOPs, and works safel 8. New Customer Onboarding Support -Help delivery team with trials and new delivery route Job Requirement The minimum qualification for this role is below 10th and 2 - 6 years of experience. Other skills requirements like time management and customer service are important. Attention to detail and experience in the same field is a plu
