We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to manage daily delivery operations, rider coordination, and workforce management for our Bengaluru operations. The role involves end-to-end operational support, rider hiring and onboarding, real-time coordination, and ensuring smooth last-mile delivery performance. Strong knowledge of Bengaluru local areas and fluency in regional languages is essential for this role.
Oversee day-to-day delivery and logistics operations to ensure smooth execution
Coordinate with riders on a daily basis regarding shift allocation, route planning, and delivery issues
Hire, onboard, and train delivery riders as per operational requirements
Maintain rider attendance, availability, and productivity
Act as the primary point of contact between riders and the operations team
Resolve operational issues such as delays, rider concerns, and customer escalations in real time
Monitor operational performance and prepare daily / weekly operational reports
Ensure adherence to company processes, SLAs, and service standards
Work closely with the Operations Manager to improve efficiency and scalability
Rider onboarding and hiring targets
Rider availability and attendance percentage
Issue resolution turnaround time (TAT)
Overall daily operations efficiency and delivery success rate
Graduate in any discipline (Logistics / Operations background preferred)
Open to freshers and experienced candidates
Strong understanding of delivery and logistics operations
Excellent coordination and people-management skills
In-depth knowledge of Bengaluru local areas and routes
Fluency in Kannada, Hindi, and English (mandatory)
Ability to work in rotational shifts (day shifts only)
Good communication, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities
Comfortable working independently in a work-from-home setup
