Job Title: Last Mile Executive / Last Mile Operations Manager

Responsibilities:

Manage final delivery operations from hub to customer.
Coordinate with delivery partners and riders.
Monitor delivery performance, SLA adherence, and customer satisfaction.
Resolve delivery issues, delays, and customer complaints.
Track daily dispatches, returns, and undelivered shipments.
Analyze operational data and prepare reports.
Ensure compliance with safety and company policies.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree (preferred).
Experience in logistics, supply chain, e-commerce, or transportation operations.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with logistics software, Excel, and reporting tools.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
