Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and highly responsive Delivery Executive to manage the time-critical and safe transport of medical devices. Because surgeries are often unscheduled, this role requires a candidate who understands that "on-time delivery" means saving a life. You will be the primary link between our warehouse and hospital operating theaters.



24/7 Readiness: A flexible mindset regarding working hours. You are willing to respond to "emergency cases" that can arise at any hour.

  • High-Pressure Reliability: The ability to remain calm and focused when a surgery coordinator is waiting for a critical component.

  • Attention to Detail: Absolute precision in checking batch numbers and expiry dates against the requirement list before leaving the warehouse.

  • Communication: Proactive updates to the dispatch team and hospital staff regarding your Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA).
