Job Title: Kitchen Helper / Delivery Boy – Frozen Foods (Base Kitchen)

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month

Location: Kanti Nagar Extn.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a responsible and hardworking Kitchen Helper / Delivery Boy for our base kitchen, where we manufacture frozen food items and supply them directly to shopkeepers and cart holders. The candidate will assist in kitchen production activities, packing, hygiene maintenance, and handle daily deliveries as required.

Key Responsibilities:

Kitchen Helper (Base Kitchen – Frozen Foods):

Assist in daily production of frozen food items (cutting, mixing, preparation support).

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen, workstations, and equipment.

Help with weighing, portioning, and packing of frozen food products.

Ensure proper labeling, sealing, and storage of frozen items in freezers.

Load and unload production materials and finished goods.

Follow food safety standards and maintain temperature control for frozen items.

Delivery Responsibilities:

Deliver frozen food items to shopkeepers, vendors, and cart holders directly from the base kitchen.

Ensure safe handling of frozen products during transport to prevent thawing or damage.

Collect payments (if required) and maintain basic delivery records.

Keep the delivery vehicle (bike/scooty) clean and in good working condition.

Follow assigned delivery routes and complete orders on time.

Requirements:

Must be physically fit and active for kitchen and delivery work.

Basic understanding of food hygiene and safety, especially for frozen items.

Ability to follow instructions and work in a production environment.

Valid driving license.

Responsible, punctual, and trustworthy.

Prior experience in a base kitchen/FMCG/frozen food unit is an advantage.
