• Payment Handling: Accepting and processing payments, including cash or digital transactions. 

• Customer Service: Interacting with customers in a polite and helpful manner, addressing any queries or concerns. 

• Route Optimization: Planning and following the most efficient delivery routes, potentially using GPS or maps. 

• Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate records of deliveries, payments, and any issues encountered. 

• Communication: Maintaining communication with dispatchers and customers regarding delivery status.
