Food Delivery

We are looking for a Food Delivery to join our team at Vistas Technolabs Private Limited (zet) who can transport items from one place to another. The role requires pick up and drop off of items while adhering to assigned routes and time schedules. Candidates must be polite and prompt with responses to provide clients with an excellent experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Loading, transporting and delivering items to clients or businesses in a safe, timely manner.

• Reviewing orders before and after delivery to ensure that orders are complete, the charges are correct and handed to the right customer.

• Assisting with loading and unloading items from vehicles.

• Accepting payments for delivered items, if applicable.

• Providing excellent customer service, answering questions and handling complaints from clients.

• Following all transportation laws and maintaining a safe driving record.

• Preparing reports and other documents relating to deliveries.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is below 10th and 0.5 - 1 years of experience. Other skills requirements like time management and customer service are important. Attention to detail and experience in the same field is a plus.

• It is a Full Time Delivery job for candidates with 6 months - 1 years of experience.
