• Follow assigned delivery routes and use navigation tools for efficient travel.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the delivery bag, vehicle and uniform.

• Report any delivery issues, delays, or customer complaints to the supervisor.

• Assist in basic kitchen or packaging tasks when delivery load is low.

• Adhere to all road safety rules, traffic regulations, and organizational policies.
