Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and energetic Factory Incharge to manage the day-to-day operations of our snacks packing factory. The candidate will be responsible for production planning, manpower management, machine maintenance coordination, purchase follow-up, infrastructure maintenance, and ensuring timely completion and delivery of production orders.

Key Responsibilities

6. Reporting

· Submit daily production reports to management.

· Report manpower, machine, and material issues promptly.

· Provide updates on production status and delivery schedules.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in factory operations, production supervision, or manufacturing.
Basic knowledge of machine maintenance coordination.
Ability to manage workers and factory activities independently.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, WhatsApp, Email) is preferred.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
